The FAQ - Teacher Credits page explains how to transfer the credits you have earned to your personal account.
Right now, we work with PayPal, Payoneer and Wise. Make sure you have chosen a withdrawal method and entered in your withdrawal identifiers at
this link. For PayPal and Payoneer, your withdrawal identifier is the email address you used to create an account
on those websites. For Wise, the identifier is either your email address or your Wise handle (e.g., @yourname).
If you have any trouble accessing money through any of the withdrawal methods that we currently support, please contact us and we will do our very best to help you. That said, you are responsible for providing a valid, legal withdrawal method which is accessible by both you and us. As per the Teachers Service Agreement, PolyTripper is not responsible for situations where we are unable to or not permitted to transfer funds due to country-specific sanctions or issues with the payment provider you specified. We are also not responsible if you are unable to access your funds once they have been transferred.
To be able to request a credit transfer, your withdrawal method needs to be verified. To start the process, click the Withdrawal Settings page (see image below).
button on theAs part of the verification, you'll be asked to electronically sign a short form confirming that you either own the receiving account or have clear permission to use it. We may also review your legal name, mailing address, and other account details if needed.
This process helps us prevent fraud and make sure your funds are handled securely.
Once everything looks good, we'll mark your method as verified, and you'll be able to use it to receive your teacher earnings (see image below). If anything is unclear, we'll reach out to you directly.
You can set up more than one withdrawal method at the same time (for example, PayPal and Wise), and switch between them whenever you need to. However, if you switch to a different account — with another email or username, even if you've used it before — you'll need to go through the verification process again. This is necessary for legal and security reasons.
