Gmail and other email programs will sometimes put messages in your Promotions or your Spam folders. Unless you check these often, you might miss important messages from us.

If you don't use Gmail, you can do a web search to find out how to stop our emails from going into a non-primary folder.

In the case of Gmail, you can avoid this by letting Gmail know that you want PolyTripper emails to appear in your Primary folder. You can easily do this by clicking on the message in the Promotions or Spam folder and by dragging it to your Primary folder. Gmail will then ask you if you want all future PolyTripper messages to appear in your Primary folder and you can click on yes.
