Please note that refunds are always in the form of credits that are returned to your PolyTripper account. You will be able to use these credits to take lessons with our teachers. We do not refund money back to your PayPal or bank account*.
We generally do not allow lesson refunds, unless there are special circumstances. These special circumstances can include family emergencies or improper conduct of the teacher. Not having enjoyed the lesson is not considered a reason for requesting a refund.
If you want to request a refund, you need to do this before the lesson is confirmed. After a lesson is confirmed - either by the student or automatically - it is no longer possible. Regular lessons are automatically confirmed after 2 days, instant lessons after 6 hours. If you are requesting a refund, because the lesson did not take place, please click on the button of the lesson in question.
You will be able to fill in the reason for your refund request. The teacher can then decide to either allow or deny the refund. In the latter case we will make the final decision.
If you are requesting a refund for another reason, please contact us and explain the situation. You do need to do this before the lesson is confirmed.
