I am from the United States, but currently split my time between the USA and the Netherlands (better known as Holland). After earning my Masters of Teaching, I decided I would like to teach English online, which has afforded me the ability to meet people from all over the world and travel to places I never dreamed about. When I'm not working, I enjoy learning foreign languages, rock climbing, and traveling.

I earned a Masters of Teaching degree and then earned my TEFL certification. I've been teaching English to teenage and adult language learners for several years now and I take pride in my skills as a supportive, responsive, and empathetic teacher. I offer customized lessons for each student and strive to focus on topics they are interested in.

    I advised and instructed students on successfully studying with online university programs. Additionally, I was responsible for reading, analyzing, and providing advice about graduate level writing skills. Students submitted work to the Writing Centre and I checked to make sure it reflected the quality required for successful studies, while offering advice about what was done well and what to improve.
